About: Mwangi is a Community Health Officer (CHO) practice as a Community Mental Health and Psychosocial - Counseling Psychologist in the Ministry of Health. He has championed Counseling and Psychological support services within the larger North Eastern Region whilst based at Garissa. During the unfortunate Garissa University terror attack, Mwangi was the first Therapist to co-ordinate psychological support at the University even as the rescue operation was underway.
